Trevor Bristol’s 3D Training is about Determination, Dedication, and Desire – helping others help themselves. Trevor Bristol’s mission is to improve the quality of life for those who need it by helping them enjoy life to the fullest. Let's face it, most trainers just watch you exercise. If you want to achieve real, long lasting results, you must do more than exercise your body. You need to exercise your mind as well. With his program, you will change your perceptions and attitude about exercise, fitness, and health. 3D Training is focused on changing people’s attitudes regarding mind and body through physical training, reinforcing positive attitude, building knowledge and self – esteem, as well as enjoyment of life by offering opportunities for fun and hard – work.
Trevor will not only show you correct physical exercise techniques, he will push you mentally as well. He will inspire you to exercise determination and maintain motivation. Breaking bad habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face. With his help, you will replace bad habits with good ones. You will develop habits that uplift your spirit and bring you happiness through fitness, good health, and mental clarity. He will help you set goals and reach them. Trevor does not just show you how to do an exercise; he will educate you in the areas of strength training, cardiovascular endurance, athletic performance and proper nutrition.

Trevor Bristol is the area's most respected Personal Trainer. As a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, he is responsible for helping many clients and athletes reach their goals! He has worked with people of all ages, abilities and goals. He is currently employed by Lifetime Fitness and working at the Atascocita Lake Houston location.
While in college he founded 3D Training. Trevor started and developed the Strength and Conditioning program at Hampden Academy. He also worked with the athletes at University of Maine as an intern after his football and track playing days were finished. After graduating from the University of Maine with a BS in Kinesiology he worked the NFL's Baltimore Ravens as an intern Strength and Conditioning coach. He not only helped the team gain strength and endurance, but improved their overall health.
He implemented a nutritional program that greatly improved the health of the athletes and clients he has worked with. Trevor is devoted to his clients that are determined to make a life change. He knows he can really make a positive difference in people's lives.
